About PID 7
About Us
The Fort Worth Public Improvement District (PID #7), was founded in 2000. Property owners within the defined district boundary pay a special assessment above their regular property taxes for the coordinated program of services . The PID is utilized to provide complementary services and improvements that typically go beyond what the local home owners association or the city alone can provide. Some of the services include: improved levels of mowing and landscape management along rights-of-way and within public parks; maintenance of screening walls and fences; and enhanced features such as gateway and wayfinding structures.
Are you a member of PID 7? You can find out if you’re in the PID boundary by using the City’s GIS tool and clicking on “PID Boundaries.”
PID 7 Advisory Board
While PID 7 is administered by the City of Fort Worth, the Advisory Board plays an integral role in communicating the needs and wants of the owners within the PID.
